The rooms we were given to stay were comfortable, warm, designed nicely and cleverly, and were with full amenities. On arrival, Alexandros greeted us with so much warmth like we knew him for ever. Called to delay our arrival and managed it without hassle. In the morning our flight to Athens was cancelled due to a hijacking at Larnaca airport and were booked to fly next day, so basically we lost a full day in Arachova. It was for 2 rooms as we were travelling with another couple that I really wanted to impress. Called Alexandros (the owner) directly and from the initial conversation I felt that I have made the right choice. I can't think of even one thing that I did not like or would change.…īooked property for 2 nights in early May 2016 based on reviews on various sites. I will definitely go back & would recommend it to anyone as excellent value for money considering all this place has to offer. I will never forget the shower facilities with the hamam/sauna which was just the cherry on the cake after beautiful days of mountain exploration for a new mom and a dad hitting the slopes.
Breakfast was more than adequate although personally I would appreciate some fresh fruit. The location is absolutely the best, located in the center of Arachova but on a quiet street close to the main square with a small car park near. The room was decorated in excellent taste, was very spacious with all possible amenities offered and was spotlessly clean. We were so pleasantly surprised to see that the raving reviews were really understatements! Alexandros chose for us the best room keeping in mind our needs with the baby and continuously offered to help us with everything we might need.
Having read all the great reviews we decided to pick Alexandros guesthouse for our first family excursion with our 5 month old baby. Eleftherios Venizelos Intl Airport Hotels.
